Terms of Service

This is a legal agreement ('Agreement') between You, the User, and PublisherKit ('We', 'Us', 'Our'). By accessing, using, or subscribing to the PublisherKit software as a service ('Service'), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms of service ('Terms').

SERVICES

PublisherKit provides a SaaS platform for generating news articles and social media images using AI. Our service includes a news dashboard that displays the latest news from local, national, and international sources. Our platform utilizes publicly available RSS feeds and does not claim ownership of this content.

REGISTRATION AND FREE CREDITS

Upon registration, each User is provided with 200 free credits. These credits can be used to generate articles or images. Free Credits are subject to change at any time.

ACCOUNT

As a user of PublisherKit:

  • You hold the responsibility for securing your account and password. PublisherKit will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to fulfill this security responsibility.
  • You are accountable for all content uploaded and activities that transpire under your account. This includes content posted and actions made by others who have been granted login access under your account.
  • You are prohibited from using the Service for any unlawful purposes or to breach any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
  • The Service must be used by individuals only. Accounts created by 'bots' or any other automated methods are strictly disallowed.

ARTICLE SOURCES

Users may input Text or a URL for the source. Users must ensure they have the necessary permission to use the content, and that it is publicly available. Using Article URLs with content hidden behind paywalls is strictly prohibited. Users must appropriately cite the source when using external information.

CONTENT GENERATION: FAKE NEWS

In the interest of maintaining the integrity of information and preventing the spread of misinformation, you agree and commit that:

  • You will not use the Service to generate, disseminate or promote 'fake news', misleading content, or information that is known or believed to be false or inaccurate.
  • You will not use the Service to create or spread disinformation, conspiracy theories, or harmful narratives.
  • You will not manipulate the AI in an effort to create misleading, sensational, or false content.

Violation of this policy may lead to immediate termination of your access to the Service. PublisherKit reserves the right to take any necessary action in response to the generation of such content, which may include reporting such activities to relevant authorities.

PRO PLAN

Users have the option to subscribe to a Pro Plan, which offers monthly credits depending on the selected plan. Credits will reset every month and cannot be transferred.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are solely responsible for their use of the Service, for fact-checking content generated by our AI, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not liable for any content that the Service produces, including potential inaccuracies, misleading information, or 'hallucinations' from the AI.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

In using the Service, you affirm, guarantee, and agree that you will not:

  • Submit content that violates or infringes upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any party (including PublisherKit).
  • Contravene any law or regulation, including, but not limited to, any relevant export control laws.
  • Engage in damaging, fraudulent, deceptive, intimidating, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
  • Compromise the security of your PublisherKit account or any other person's account (for instance, by enabling someone else to log in to the Service as you).
  • Attempt to acquire the password, account, or other security details from any other user.
  • Breach the security of any computer network or decrypt passwords or security encryption codes.
  • Copy or store any significant portion of the Content.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code or underlying concepts or information relating to the Services.

Any violation of the above stipulations can lead to termination of your right to use or access the Services.

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

  1. PublisherKit does not pre-screen content but reserves the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service.
  2. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the PublisherKit.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.

DISCLAIMER

PublisherKit is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall PublisherKit be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

PublisherKit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Service.
